There's this thrift shop that benefits the Jewish community here in Chicago that never ceases to amaze me with their lax prices and abundant treasures. It's a little rough, requires some digging, but worth it when you unearth a one-of-a-kind pastel portrait. I can't quite make up my mind if she looks whole-heartedly forlorn or just giving a slightly jaw-shifted smirk. Altogether perfectly ambiguous.
