This mind map started out with "Vote" as the primary idea, and from there I broke off into "Why" "Why not" "Want" & "Don't Want" so that I could visualize the possible problems or excuses.Off from there, I created smaller branches addressing the "Swing Vote" idea, "Democratic Values", and "Conservative Values".
The original matrix was just an organizer for a number of different ideas I started with and after the meeting I had with my peers, we began to be able to generate new ideas that would fill the gaps in the matrix cells. For instance, a concept that was previously utilizing symbols in a pun was used to ideate symbols in a parody, and so on.
